Hi guys,

Slowly you will find how to use your macro's and where you might have gone wrong before. Make your shopping list for next week and replace the products you went wrong with for better options.

If you not in the Box, here some tips what you can do today!

5min Double Under practise (you can mix singles with DU's or DU's attempts)

followed by:

10 rounds of 10 burpees, 20 sit ups, 30 deep squat jumps
