All our group classes are either coached indoors or at our UNIQUE outside area.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY , small group sessions are for individuals looking to be lean, strong, and healthy for the long haul. No "same old, same old" here—every day is a new, challenging combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastic (bodyweight), and cardio movements guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level. The sessions are designed for beginners up to the elite. Your coach will give you the correct stimulus.
BARBELL CLUB is Olympic Weightlifting, otherwise known as ‘weightlifting’ or ‘Olympic-style weightlifting’ is a registered sport that incorporates the use of two independent lifts which require the athlete to lift a loaded barbell from the floor to an overhead position in an explosive manner. The two lifts, the ‘Clean & Jerk’ and the ‘Snatch’ are explosive movements as they require a combination of maximal strength and maximal speed.
All our sessions are scalable to every individual’s level. We take you to a FREE 1-2-1 session first to explain you about our gym, discuss your individual fitnesss goals and create a personal trainings plan.
