The Work Out of Day 1 - #Tribal Clash 2016

The workouts today were a true test of work capacity starting of with a 1k run on the beach with a log carried by all team members followed by 4k trail run true the hills with a 45min time cap. Once the runs were completed the team had to go straight into an 12min AMRAP of moving sand bags filling up a builders bag with 18 of them (20kg each) with the intention of moving the bag :-).

Finally in the afternoon the team had to squat for 30 reps with a slosh pipe filled with water followed by beam transverse, AMRAP 12. We finished the Saturday with lunges and Tribal Fran ie 21-15-9 reps of Thursters and rope climbs........
