Adjusted HomeFit Program

We will be offering a new HomeFit Program

We are excited to have all our members back at the gym from December 2nd. After 4 weeks of live stream coaching its great to start using the barbells again.

But we will keep offering HomeFit sessions for people at home, at the office or for those who have to travel:

  • 5 sessions a week

  • conditioning

  • bodyweight strength

  • abs and glutes

  • mobility

Our 5 weeks sessions are built as follows:

  • Day 1 long conditioning piece (20-30minutes)

  • Day 2 15min upper body strength with tempo movements and 5-8min hitt training

  • Day 3 Conditioning plus abdominal exercises

  • Day 4 15min lower body strength with tempo movements and 5-8 hitt training

  • Day 5 15-20 min core training (Lower back, glutes, and abdominals)

All sessions are recorded with a warm-up, movement skills, and an explanation of the workout. You can upload your scores on BoxMate after your session so your coach can keep track of your progress. You can find the sessions on the day at BoxMate by using the HomeFit channel.

The duration of these sessions are between 20 and 45 minutes and can be done at home, at the office, or outside in the garden. It is even possible to do these workouts in your hotel room during your holiday or business trip.


These videos are free for our Gold, Silver members, and PT members. For our Bronze members, it’s only £10 extra, and for non-members, access to the workouts are £30
