Why should you do the ChalkLift sessions?

ChalkLift is fundamental for CrossFitters

The ChalkLift sessions benefits include:

Managing inflammation to enhance recovery between workouts. Developing motor control to increase skills in the gym. Building strength that is critical to progression in fitness and sport.

Our ChalkLift sessions defined:

At ChalkLift we do functional body training which is a training system that prioritises quality of movement over intensity. Bodybuilding and controlled methods of movement are used to help athletes fulfill their ‘function.’ This methodology is beneficial to athletes because it can enhance performance. For non-athletes, it helps them look good, move well and gain mental clarity.

Many of the ChalkBox coaches have been experimenting with this style of training in the last few months. Coaches like Isk, Jason, Sarah, Nathan, Alan and Agnes have been trying different ways to get stronger, move better and focus on niggles and old injuries. All these coaches will confirm that this style of training has improved their strength lots because they now move better and are able to engage all muscles more. They now all have made this part of their weekly workout routine.


Therefore we have decided to bundle all these movements in a class and we have called this class CHALKLIFT.

At the moment we have ChalkLift sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We can highly recommend ALL members to take part. Its is worth to skip a High intense CrossFit session for ChalkLift as it will make you move better and therefor it will help you to stay injury free in the high intensity workouts CrossFit can offer.

ChalkLift session are focussing more on movement but this does not mean that you wont work a sweat. You will make every muscle in your body work hard. You will walk away stronger and fitter after every sessions.
