LAST WEEK OF THIS PROGRAM

We are in the last week of this program cycle, which means we will be testing your strength in some of the lifts.

Our Cycle!

We have been working on the next workout cycle for you guys. This is what the coming weeks will look like:

Monday: Heavy Lunges

Tuesday: Heavy Push Press

Wednesday: "Cardio Day"

Thursday: Power Clean + Front Squat Combo

Friday: Flex Friday (Working on extraaesthetic work)

Saturday: Team (Per usual)

Sunday: A mix of all

*The lifts mentioned above will be progressing from week to week (Adding a little more weight or an extra rep each week)

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Back Rack Lunges

  • TUESDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Push Press

    • CHALKFIT: Chipper

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio day

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Power cleans and Front Squats

    • CHALKFIT: Cardio and weights

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Flex Friday Lifting Window

    • CHALKFIT: Hyrox style “Beverly Hills”

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Teams fun with Cleans and Snatches

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Repeat of October 8th 2023


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Saturday
