HOLLIDAY WOD
Kids have broken up, summer break has started. We have in the coming 6 weeks a “Holiday track” in boxMate. If you go to BoxMate program and click on WOD, scroll to Holiday WOD. These workout can be done anywhere, on the beach, in a hotel gym or even in your hotel room. So no excuses, keep moving!
GYM NEWS
As announced on BoxMare earlier this week, we have said goodbye to Coach Bart who will return to his previous career. We will miss him lots and wish him well in his further career. We have a successor in place for Bart of whom you will hear and see more in the coming weeks.
We have decided to cancel the CHALKFIT sessions on Tuesdays and Thursday at 10:30am for now due to a low attendance. The CHALKFIT sessions on Friday evenings will stay in place and will be focused on Hyrox workouts

Week 2: We will split every day in Speed, Absolute Strength and Capacity in the coming 8 weeks

MONDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Speed (Snatch), Absolute strength (front Squat) and Capacity (wod)
TUESDAY -SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by Hip Thrusts
WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday
THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Clean for Speed, Single Leg for Strength and Bench for Conditioning
FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Press and Pull Ups followed by the Devils Press
[CHALKFIT] Lindensberg
SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] 40 min partner WOD
SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD repeat of Sept 10th 2023
