HOLLIDAY WOD

Kids have broken up, summer break has started. We have in the coming 6 weeks a “Holiday track” in boxMate. If you go to BoxMate program and click on WOD, scroll to Holiday WOD. These workout can be done anywhere, on the beach, in a hotel gym or even in your hotel room. So no excuses, keep moving!

BRIDGE WEEK 3

This is our last week of the bridge! Then, next week, we will get back to traditional strength blocks and classic conditioning! However, this might be my favorite week to date, so get ready for some serious fun this week per usual :)

We are starting TODDLER GYMNASTICS

And we are looking for coaches. CHALKBOX will provide the coaches courses. We are looking for mums who like to have a part time job, or childminders, previous teachers and so on. If you are interested, or know anyone who might be, please let us know ASAP. Sent an email to: frontdesk@chalkboc.co

  • THURSDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Bridge week 3 - Row, cleaned and Thrusters

  • FRIDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Lunges and more...

    • [CHALKFIT] Flint

  • SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Team W|OD with use Jerks

OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Sunday
