Ightham Runners/Joggers Club

Joins us for Running/Jogging technique sessions on Sunday

Every Sunday morning at 11am we have  a Running club in Ightham. 

You won't be running for many miles but instead you will do short intervals of running with focus on technique. You will very quickly improve your running technique and fitness and become a more efficient runner . Slowly we will add a more distance in the sessions and help you become a more confident runner/jogger.

Our running coach has got many year of experience in running on- and off road also on international level.
