The November CHALKBOX Challenge

We are proud to say 75% of Chalkbox members committed in some form to the Lockdown Challenge

What is it?

  • 4 weeks

  • Healthy eating

  • No sugar

  • No alcohol

  • 4 HomeFit sessions a week

  • 1 mobility session a week

  • Share meal ideas on the Facebook group

The outcome:

Some lost a lot of body fat, some hit new records in their fitness, some sleep much better than before
and some had less bloated and upset stomachs and most had much more energy.
All say they will continue this lifestyle Reason for success

When a challenge ends, the CHALLENGE doesn't actually end.

We strive to develop our challenges around creating healthy habits, rather than giving people a bunch of limitations. It is so amazing to watch people carry these habits on after the challenge itself ends.

We are super proud of the commitment and dedication but mostly the strength of the CHALKBOX community
By having weekly lifestream cooking sessions with Pauline, daily life stream HomeFit sessions and a very active private Facebook group, every single CHALKBOX member gave it their best.

We made this challenge measurable as we do with all CHALKBOX challenges to hold people accountable and to measure improvement. We can announce that Demelza had the best overall score. Measurements never lie... she lost a massive 16cm around her waist! That’s insane! Congrats!
