New On The Chalkboard

Many of you have already registered for the Bar Fight Games but we still are missing names. Don't miss out and register ASAP. Check out the post below for more information.

COVID cases are rising so please be mindful of all members at the gym.

  • Use only the front entrance from now.

  • Wait before entering and sanitize hands.

  • Keep a 2m distance at all times.

We have been posting many mobility tips in the last weeks. Please make sure you do these exercises at home to prevent injuries and to help make progress in your lifts. 

Thanks, everyone for making sure we all stay safe! Keep your distance during the sessions and clean all equipment used. Together we are strong and can beat anything coming our way :-)!

Training Focus This Week

What to expect this week?

For the coming weeks, you will have leg day on Mondays and Wednesdays, Olly lifting on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Press on Fridays

On Saturday 24th we will have a Bar Fight workout teaser, so bring your partner and let’s practice!

The HomeFit sessions will have a lot of functional bodybuilding this week. Make sure you book in before 9 pm for HomeFit
