New On The Chalkboard

Our facilities & team are compliant with the latest government guidelines

Good news! The government guidance for outdoor gyms is updated to 30 people in a group that means we will now have 10 + 1 coach on the schedule.

Okay, so what’s on the Schedule? First of all new Yoga for Sports session is uploaded in SUGARWOD on Sunday 19th of July HomeFit track.

We continue to update our facilities. Over the next week, you will see new signs and some screens inside. All to make sure everyone stays safe when we make use of the inside facilities but with the nice weather at the moment we are planning to stay outside for as long as possible!

Everyone who books in for a class will need to sign the CHALKBOX COVID-19 GUIDELINE Waiver. Please read this before signing as this will give you clear instructions on how and where to enter the gym area and how to use the equipment.

Gymnastic strength. Using dumbbells to build healthy shoulders. You will also get a great core and conditioning workout

Lifting. Lift and run

Body building. Split squats, bicep curls, deadlifts, and chest. That’s going to give a pump!

Gymnastics. A Girls HERO WOD. Bring your skipping rope!

Shoulders. This is a great workout to create healthy shoulders. Join in and reap the benefits. You might feel sore the next day…

HOMEFIT

Body Weight workout. 5 x 3min AMRAPS…spicey.

SATURDAY

Fun? Another Girls HERO WOD. Go for quality or for rounds up to you!
