This week at the gym!

Ready for next week?

THIS WEEK WE START THE CROSSFIT OPEN

Great turnout on Saturday with all the team colors well represented! This year I feel we have started with the hardest workout as not many can do muscle ups so the next one should be easy :)

Check with your team captain about how your team can earn points in the next challenge!

REMINDER: The Sunday Barbell Club will start 15min later at 10:15am now to give the always very busy 9am class a bit more time to clear all away.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Hang Power Cleans in an interval weight training style

  • TUESDAY -SWEAT & GRIND] Continue the Push Press and we add some DU practice

  • WEDNESDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Bike and Run

  • THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] We continue the Front Squat followed by DB Bench Press and Pull ups

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & GRIND]  Sumo Deadlift followed by a little metcon of Burpees and Snatches

  • SATURDAY -[BENCHMARK] CrossFit Open 23.2

  • SUNDAYSWEAT & SPRINT] Wall balls, bike, and push-ups


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY/SATURDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
