GYMNASTICS CYCLE - Week 2

We are only a week into our Gymnastics cycle and we already have seen some first Pull-ups and Linked Toe-to-bars. Well done guys, keep practicing!

Schools have closed and the summer break has officially started. We have added workouts in BoxMate that you can do anywhere. All workouts are Bodyweight focussed and will make sure you don’t have to miss out on your fitness while you are enjoying your break.

Coming week Barbell Club will be on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Practise TTB followed by Wallballs and TTB Metcon

  • TUESDAY {BUILD & GRIND] Legs and Core: Lunges followed by Deadlifts and Burpees

  • WEDNESDAY [{BUILD & SWEAT] Chest and Back: Bench Press followed by snatches and Press

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Pull-ups practise followed by Power Cleans

  • FRIDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Friday

  • SATURDAY {BUILD & GRIND] Snatches followed by repeat WOD 6/5/23

  • SUNDAY [[WEAT & SPRINT] Teams of 2 Pistols and lots more :)
