This week in the gym!

Continue Strength Training on Monday and Friday

Last week of our strength training in the Front Squat and Push Press.

This program is for everyone, it will start with light weights and build over the next couple of weeks. But the magic isn’t in lifting heavy weights, it’s in doing a decent volume of reps at a challenging weight with good form. We want you to push yourself.

Sundays we will have INTERVAL TRAINING


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Push Press week 4 followed by Squats, Sit Up and Lunges

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] Full body workout with conditioning and weights

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] CHALKHR STYLE a Barbell Complex with Deadlift, Cleans, and Jerks

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT&SPRING] Conditioning workout with plank, calories, and kettlebell swings

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] continue Front Squats wk5 20 reps followed by Bench Press

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK SATURDAY] Helen

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] We continue the interval training with Deadlifts and Wallballs


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
