Kids & Teens at CHALKBOX
Our Kids & Teens sessions are designed to help young people build strength, confidence and a lifelong love of movement.
Sessions are fun, structured and coach-led, combining simple strength work, bodyweight exercises and games — all in a supportive group environment.
Whether your child is sporty or just getting started, everything is adapted to their level, so they can progress at their own pace and feel good about what they achieve.

Kids (4–11 yrs) – Saturday 10:30am

Membership: £48 every 4 weeks
Single session: £12
