HALLOWEEN WOD

- Bring your own Scary outfit if you want to avoid a penalty

- If Jessica needs to reach out in her scary clothing bag to find a scary outfit for you to wear you will incur a penalty: 30 cal Assault Bike sprint or 30 burpees after the workout

30 KB Snatch
40 Burpees
50 KB Thrusters
