Here the details of WOD 1 of the Bar Fight Games

15 GTOH (42.5/30kg)

Remaining time max Burpees

The score is Total Burpees in the remaining time for both team member of all rounds together

Scale

60 Single Skips

15 GTOH (32.5kg/20kg) or DB (15/10kg)

The score is Total Burpees in the remaining time for both team member of all rounds together

The score for people who scale need to take off 25%. 1 person can RX and one person can scale in your team; in that case, only the one person who scaled needs to take off 25% of their burpees in.

  • in your team, you take turns, swap every 2 min in total 5 rounds each

  • if your partner isn’t there, work 2 min on and 2 min off and count total burpees. When you put in the score add burpees of your partner

  • Score needs to be in by Friday 30th midnight to be counted

  • if you can’t do DU’s but you can do the RX weight it will count as a scale. It’s up to you if you prefer to do RX weight anyway for your challenge but won’t count towards RX

  • You can do the workout in open gym if you can’t make it on Friday 30th

STANDARDS:

  • GTOH: plates need to touch the floor and arms need to fully extend overhead

  • DU’s: rope needs to pass feet twice to be counted

  • Burpees: chest needs to touch the floor and you need to jump and clap behind the head at the top

EXTRA POINTS FOR TO BE MADE:

  • dress up for Halloween on Friday 30th. (any other day does not count)

  • dress only bottom or top half: add 5 points per person to your score

  • full dress: face and body add 15 points per person to the total score

SCORE INPUT

  • Everyone who does the competition needs to add their score via the competition link

    • The team leader of your team will put in the score:

      • go to your BOXMATE app

      • click on programming (3rd logo at the bottom)

      • scroll down to inhouse competition and click on it

      • scroll down and click on WOD 1 and click on workouts

      • add score (total burpees of both team members)

  • if you are doing the workout but are not joining the competition you can add your score like normal in BoxMate in the Friday Class WOD
