  • TUESDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Power cleans followed by Devils Presses

  • WEDNESDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Strength mix followed by Wallballs and Deadlifts

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] Front Squats followed by KBS and Bike

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD & SWEAT] A Shoulder Complex followed by Gymnastics

    • CHALKFIT - A sweaty interval

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cleans and Bike

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] A FUN EMOM
