WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Speed (Snatch), Absolute strength (Front Squat) and Capacity (wod)
TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by Hip Thrusts
and a spicy WOD
WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday
THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Clean for Speed, Box Squat for Strength and Bench for Conditioning
FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Press and Pull Ups followed by Box Jumps and Deadlift

SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] 40 min partner WOD - Well.. That sucked..
SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] BIG cardio day! With a little bit of aesthetic work :)
