Week 4: We will split every day in Speed, Absolute Strength and Capacity in the coming 8 weeks


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [BUILD & GRIND] Speed (Snatch), Absolute strength (Front Squat) and Capacity (wod)

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by Hip Thrusts

    and a spicy WOD

  • WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Clean for Speed, Box Squat for Strength and Bench for Conditioning

  • FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Press and Pull Ups followed by Box Jumps and Deadlift

    • [CHALKFIT] Everly

  • SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] 40 min partner WOD - Well.. That sucked..

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] BIG cardio day! With a little bit of aesthetic work :)


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Sunday
