CHALKFIT NEWS

For the coming weeks on Friday evening there will only be a 6pm ChalkFit class. Our reports show that on average we have 4 people attending the 5pm class in the last 6 months. We will all have a much better experience when the classes are bussing, so we will combine the 5pm and 6pm ChalkFit class to get the buzz back.

OUR CURRENT PROGRAM CYCLE

Week 5/8 of the S&C Training Cycle.

This is going to be a DELOAD WEEK. Intensity and Volume will drop to create super compensations and positive adaptations.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [BUILD & GRIND] Speed (Snatch), Absolute strength (Front Squat) and Capacity (wod)

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by RDL

    and a spicy WOD

  • WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Front Squats and Split Squats

  • FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Press and Pull Ups followed by Bike and Sumo Deadlift

    • [CHALKFIT] We are getting the Prowler out

  • SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Wallballs, row and Cleans

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] EMOM mix of Dumbbells


OTHERS:

  • Barbell Club on the weekend on Sunday
