Meet Kayla
We are excited to introduce you to Kayla.
Kayla is a CF level 1 coach and has a background in Power Lifting. She has been coaching Crossfit at Tiger pit in Orpington. Kayla will start coaching at CHALKBOX from July on Mondays and Wednesdays. Kayla will also offer 1-2-1 sessions to those who are keen to get their first Pull up or TTB or who like to get stronger in their lifts.
Kayla stood out throughout the CHALKBOX interview process because of her passion and drive to push others to the next level. She devotes her time teaching movement and skills, and she does not allow members to cut corners. Aside from being an excellent coach, she is eager to get the CHALKBOX community involved in local competitions and to launch a Barbell Club during the week for members who are unable to attend our regular Barbell evenings or weekends.
