WEEK 6

This is the last week of our strength series before we go into TEST week! Rep 8 this week should be close to failure.

We are excited to see Kayla start coaching at CHALKBOX from July 1st! She will be coaching on Mondays and Wednesdays. Please give her a warm welcome.

Coming week Barbell Club will be on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. Unfortunately, there won’t be a barbell Club in the weekend of the 8th.

  • MONDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Last set before test week of Back Squats followed by Wallballs and DU's

  • TUESDAY[SWEAT & SPRINT] In memory of Ian King - We miss you!

  • WEDNESDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Last set before test week in Deadlifts followed by Bike and TTB

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Strict Press followed by Thrusters and Snatches

  • FRIDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Strict press followed by 3 rounds IWT

  • SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] Mums Strongman WOD

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD with Burpees and Lunges
