Members Week by Coach Laura

I think everyone would agree that the community at Chalkbox is one of a kind with members showing unbelievable determination and commitment to their fitness journey as well as a huge amount of support and commitment to each other.

From pushing each other in workouts, congratulating each other when goals are hit and new PB’s are set, joining forces to take part in competitions and spending time together in the gym, the community spirit at Chalkbox is incredible!

We would like to show you how much we value and appreciate all of our members and everything you do for the box and for each other, and so…. we will be holding a members week from the 1st -5th October!

What is members week?

Members week is dedicated to spoiling our members. We will be giving away some juicy prizes throughout the week including:

  • Sports massage with Coach Mel

  • PT Sessions with Coach Katie

  • Body composition assessment with Richie

  • PT Session with Coach Mel

 

In addition there will be some extra goodies thrown in and we will be providing members with breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening on the Thursday of that week….. so make sure you book in!

 

How does it work?

Everyone who takes part in a class or PT session during the week will be eligible to win one of these amazing prizes. There will be one prize given away each day Monday to Friday, all you have to do is turn up to class and your name will go in the hat for the surprise draw for that day. All members that attend classes on the Thursday will be treated to food and snacks.
