New On The Chalkboard

On September 9th the CHALKBOX Change Challenge starts with 15 members taking part. We wish them all a good, healthy and successful challenge for the coming 6 weeks! If you like to join them, be quick!

Have you already signed up for ‘ChalkFit Goes Spartan’? Make sure you do! We can scale all, also the run! You have all been working hard so time we test your fitness in FUN way!

What to expect this week?

Back to normal class sizes with the kids back to school, so make sure you book your sessions before turning up.

MONDAY

CrossFit

Gymnastic Development and Conditioning: We will be working on the muscle Up! Don’t worry if you are still far off, as always we will have scales ready

Threshold: A long AMRAP with different movements

TUESDAY

Threshold: Practising your rowing technique followed by a spicy AMRAP

Butt Club

Working those glutes to get stronger for your lifts

Interval threshold : Spicy EMOM with core and leg exercises

WEDNESDAY

Endurance & Aerobic capacity: Working on the deadlift in combination with gymnastics

Strength Endurance: Yes, we will also throw in some strength in the new ChalkFit cycle

THURSDAY

Barbell Skill: We are practising the Snatch followed by a combination of barbell work and gymnastics again to get you ready for the CF Open
