The 12 days of Fitness Challenge has arrived!

WHAT IS IT?

We challenge ALL (yes that is you too) members to complete 12 days of back to back workouts. Yes 12 days in a row....and all members (CrossFit, ChalkFit & Barbell) are invited to jump in

This year the theme is SWEAT TOGETHER so find your super best friend and get ready to take some awesome workouts.

WHEN?

From Tuesday 3rd December till Saturday 14th December. The workouts will replace the regular sessions. Note that Sunday’s 8th ChalkFit class will count as one of 12 days!

WHY?

Because we love a challenge and we love Fitness This is a special time as this will bring the community together. The workouts will be run in heats you will be judging, supporting and having fun.
