THURSDAY

Workout of the day

Pull & Push. Medium load strength day and Upside Down skill work

ChalkFit

Interval Training: You will be given a fixed time in which you need to complete 3 movements and have a rest.

FRIDAY

WORKOUT of the day

Time to work on your skipping. Triplet of jumping rope, row and plate sit ups

Conditioning: A workout for time but try to keep your heart rate at a pace where you can talk.

SATURDAY

WORKOUT of the day

Medium heavy day. Warm up to moderate load in your back squat, complete 20 reps and run.
