Training Focus This Week

What to expect this week?

Are you liking the new programming? It is challenging and it will push you out of your comfort zone! Any questions speak to one of the coaches.

MONDAY

Workout of the day

Aerobic Capacity. Row & Bike.

Interval Training 3min on and 3 min off. Great way to work on your stamina, push yourself hard in the 3 min work and deserve your 3 min rest after

TUESDAY

WORKOUT of the day

Presses, core work and posterior chain! We continue to work on a stronger upper body.

Strength: Working on activating your muscle and keeping form. We will finish off with some high-intensity movements

WEDNESDAY

WORKOUT of the day

Squats. Starts to become heavy now. Build on your previous load.

Endurance: Time to test your rowing time!

THURSDAY

WORKOUT of the day

No clock workout! Muscle Ups & Burpees.

Threshold: A nice interval workout. We will continue with the lunges and will add some more weights

FRIDAY

WORKOUT of the day

Triplet of row, thrusters and pull ups……… max effort sprints!

Strength & Conditioning: After yeaterday’s hinge practise we will add some heavy Deadlift followed by a sweaty AMRAP
