Welcome back out of lockdown Coach Nathan!

Did you know? There’s now an air quality sensor in the gym, alerting if we need to undertake additional action to refresh the air.

At the gym, there’s a file where you can find all our risk assessments. Feel free to browse through this and ask questions if you have any.

All coaches have a ‘little something’ to give away this week to our awesome members who have supported us during lock-down. Big Thank you to all of you!

IWT & Upperbody strength. Time for some interval weight training!

WEDNESDAY

Deadlifts. Heavy 8!

HOMEFIT

Bodybuilding. Split squats, bicep curls, deadlifts, and chest. That’s going to give a pump!

THURSDAY

Together strong

A long breather. Monostructural and gymnastics.

FRIDAY

Together strong

Max calories. Bike or rower. Max effort. 7 rounds.

HOMEFIT

Body Weight workout. 5 x 3min AMRAPS…spicey.

SATURDAY
