What to expect this week?

MONDAY

Workout of the day

Test of your work capacity. 3 x 10min intervals.

Threshold Today we challenging you to really push on the row and bike, while settling into a repeatable working pace on the max rep movements!

TUESDAY

Workout of the day

Pull Ups & Lunges. Today we will be spending a lot on time of Pull Ups.

Strength and skill: Today is a great performance and skill day with a few accessory movements that fit within an aerobic format.

WEDNESDAY

Workout of the day

Toes to bar, Box Jumps & Muscle Ups. Yes gymnastics day. Missed Pull Ups yesterday?

THURSDAY

Tabata. Get Sweaty!
