New On The Chalkboard

Our facilities & team are compliant with the latest government guidelines

Good news! The government guidance for gyms now allows for indoor-gyms to be open as well. What will this change for us? Not much. We will be staying outside in our great new space, the only difference is that we no longer need to cancel sessions in case it rains

Check out Yoga for Sports which is uploaded in SUGARWOD on Sunday 26th of July HomeFit track.

We have continued to make our gym “COVID-proof”. In the green box, we now have screens up so we can workout next to each other. We have crosses on the floor to mark the rowers placing. There’s now an air quality sensor in the gym, alerting if we need undertake additional action to refresh the air.

At the gym will be a file where you can find all our risk assessments. Feel free to browse through this and ask questions if you have any.

We will post some more about our set up later

All coaches have a ‘little something’ to give away this week to our awesome members who have supported us during lock-down. Big Thank you to all of you!

Training Focus This Week

What to expect this week?

Week 4 of Together Strong Fitness Program. More volume coming up legs, back, shoulders strength work, and several longer workout pieces. We are looking to repeat the same muscle groups worked last week.

MONDAY

Together strong

Earn your rest. Continue to build our strength base with low loads but high volume.

HOMEFIT

Legs. How fast are you?

TUESDAY

Together strong

Upperbody strength. Two parts to build healthy shoulders. You will also get a great core and conditioning workout

WEDNESDAY

Together strong

Squats. Challenge yourself!

HOMEFIT

Bodybuilding. Split squats, bicep curls, deadlifts, and chest. That’s going to give a pump!

THURSDAY

Together strong

A challenge. Simple and effective. Didn’t like this one at all.

FRIDAY

Together strong

Get gymnastic. Bit of a bodybuilding day…all for quality. No rush.

HOMEFIT

Body Weight workout. 5 x 3min AMRAPS…spicey.

SATURDAY

Fun? Chipper time
