This week at the gym!

WEEK 2

How are you all finding our new CLASSIC CROSSFIT CYCLE? We have done some new movements last week and you will be doing some new stuff coming week as well.

You can expect a lot of gymnastics in the comming week and we are adding single leg strength.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [GRIND & SWEAT] Gymnastics with ring dips 

  • TUESDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Heavy Front Squat followed by Bike

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Clean&jerk and Run

  • THURSDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Single leg strength day followed by pull-ups 

  • FRIDAY -[SWEAT & GRIND] Handstand push ups followed by running and wallballs

  • SATURDAY [BEANCHMARK] Bear Complex

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] a nice team chipper


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY/SATURDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
