This week at the gym!

Ready for next week?

WEEK 3

This week we will go heavy in the front squat and we have added some fun assistant movements to the program

You can expect a lot of gymnastics in the coming week


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Landmine rows and Z-Presses

  • TUESDAY -[[SWEAT & SPRINT] Row, Run and Press

  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Heavy Front Squat

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Continuing Ring Dip Practise followed by Push ups and Wall Walks

  • FRIDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Hamstring Curls and Deadlifts followed by Pull-ups and KB Deadlifts

  • SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] Fat Amy

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD with Wall balls and Running


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY/SATURDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
