This week we will go heavy in the front squat and we have added some fun assistant movements to the program

WEDNESDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Heavy Front Squat
THURSDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Continuing Ring Dip Practise followed by Push ups and Wall Walks
FRIDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] Hamstring Curls and Deadlifts followed by Pull-ups and KB Deadlifts
SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] Fat Amy
SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Team WOD with Wall balls and Running
