WEEK 4

Monday is a Bank holiday. We encourage you all to use this free day to go for a nice run outside. In May we are planning to organise a Run & Cake event again, so let’s start practicing.

We are in week 4 of our 6-week cycle. You will have noticed that we are focussing a lot on upper body strength. If your shoulders need a break, just let your coach know and we will give you an alternative movement.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - CLOSED

  • TUESDAY -[BUILD & GRIND] Front squat followed by Rowing and Thrusters

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Continuing Ring Dips followed by DU's and Push Press

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Running, Lunges and TTB

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD & GRIND] Snatches and Assault bike

  • SATURDAY [BEANCHMARK] 'Heartbreaker, Dream Maker" followed by "Awful Annie"

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] A relay with Gymnastics


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY/SATURDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
