WEEK 5

Monday is a Bank holiday. Another opportunity to do some running. Get ready for our 5k run which will be coming end of May. Show us your times and distance on ChalkIt.

We are close to finishing this cycle, in 2 more weeks, After this cycle we will go back to a strength cycle and continue our gymnastic skill work


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - CLOSED

  • TUESDAY -BUILD & GRIND] Heavey rep Front Squat Followed by Wallballs and TTB

  • WEDNESDAY -[BUILD & SWEAT] Snatch complex followed by "Ingrid"

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT & SPRINT] Starting with muscle activation work followed by Row, DU's and Deadlifts

  • FRIDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT]  Run, Pull Ups and Bike

  • SATURDAY [BENCHMARK] "Mind Eraser"

  • SUNDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] A team WOD with lots of Gymnastics


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY/SATURDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
