This week at the gym!

Our First Week at the New Box!!

Continue Strength Training

Tuesday we continue the Deadlifts and Friday will be Cleas, Back Squatn and Jerk


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [[SWEAT & SPRINT] AMRAPs with bicep curls, rowing, Dips and TTB

  • TUESDAY - [BUILT&GRIND] Deadlifts followed by Bike, Row, KBS, and Box Jumps

  • WEDNESDAY - [[SWEAT&GRIND] Gymnastic practice with HSPU, Pistols and Pull-ups

  • THURSDAY -[[SWEAT&SPRINT] Tabata with a Wallball

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] Starting with a barbell complex followed by burpees, wallballs, and snatches

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] Biking Cindy

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Feels like Annie...


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
