Tuesday we continue the Deadlifts and Friday will be Cleas, Back Squatn and Jerk
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - [[SWEAT & SPRINT] AMRAPs with bicep curls, rowing, Dips and TTB
TUESDAY - [BUILT&GRIND] Deadlifts followed by Bike, Row, KBS, and Box Jumps
WEDNESDAY - [[SWEAT&GRIND] Gymnastic practice with HSPU, Pistols and Pull-ups
THURSDAY -[[SWEAT&SPRINT] Tabata with a Wallball
FRIDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] Starting with a barbell complex followed by burpees, wallballs, and snatches
SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] Biking Cindy
SUNDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Feels like Annie...
OTHERS:
WEDNESDAY [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
