Continue Strength Training

Tuesday we continue the Deadlifts and Thursday will be Clean and Jerk


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] EMON with Bike, Wallballs, Push-ups and Box Jumps

  • TUESDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Testing the Deadlift today followed by DB Busters

  • WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Row, Bike, Medball Clean and Push Ups

  • THURSDAY -[BUILD&GRIND] Squat Clean,  Split Jerk, Push Press, and Pull Ups

  • FRIDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] Rowing

  • SATURDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] Chipper 100, lots of movements during our OPEN DAY

  • SUNDAY -[BUILD&SWEAT] Bulgarian Splits followed by KBS and Russian Twist


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
