MONDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] EMON with Bike, Wallballs, Push-ups and Box Jumps
TUESDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Testing the Deadlift today followed by DB Busters
WEDNESDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Row, Bike, Medball Clean and Push Ups
THURSDAY -[BUILD&GRIND] Squat Clean, Split Jerk, Push Press, and Pull Ups
FRIDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] Rowing
SATURDAY - [SWEAT&GRIND] Chipper 100, lots of movements during our OPEN DAY
SUNDAY -[BUILD&SWEAT] Bulgarian Splits followed by KBS and Russian Twist
