Wednesday we will test how heavy we can go in the Clean and Friday we will start with the Snatch
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - [[SPRING&GRIND] TTB and HSPU practise followed by HSPU, Snatches and TTB
TUESDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Bike, Box jumps, KBS and Core strength
WEDNESDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Hang Squat clean
THURSDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINT] cal, Thrusters and Burpees
FRIDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Snatch drills followed by Rown, snatches and Bulgarian Splits
SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] Nasty Nancy
SUNDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINGT] Lunges, Wallballs, Squats and more
