Wednesday we will test how heavy we can go in the Clean and Friday we will start with the Snatch


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [[SPRING&GRIND] TTB and HSPU practise followed by HSPU, Snatches and TTB

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT&SPRINT] Bike, Box jumps, KBS and Core strength

  • WEDNESDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Hang Squat clean

  • THURSDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINT] cal, Thrusters and Burpees

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD&GRIND] Snatch drills followed by Rown, snatches and Bulgarian Splits

  • SATURDAY - [BENCHMARK] Nasty Nancy

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT&SPRINGT] Lunges, Wallballs, Squats and more


OTHERS:

  • WEDNESDAY  [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
