Drills for Kipping Pull-Ups

On request, here are some drills for the kipping pull-ups. Get practising!


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Putting the Snatch skills into practice

  • TUESDAY -  [SWEAT+SPRINT] Rowing!

  • WEDNESDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Heavy cleans followed by lifting complex

  • THURSDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] Fun with tire flips, burpees and KB Swings

  • FRIDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Rope climbs practise followed by conditioning

  • SATURDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Front Squats and explosive strength!

  • SUNDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] The Big Sexy 3, getting you swole and sexy

  • MONDAY [CHALK HR]- Learn more about your heart rate with Alan.

  • WEDNESDAY & SUNDAY [Barbell Club] - As strong as Jay!
