On request, here are some drills for the kipping pull-ups. Get practising!
WORKOUT OF THE DAY:
MONDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Putting the Snatch skills into practice
TUESDAY - [SWEAT+SPRINT] Rowing!
WEDNESDAY - [HEAVY DAY] Heavy cleans followed by lifting complex
THURSDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] Fun with tire flips, burpees and KB Swings
FRIDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Rope climbs practise followed by conditioning
SATURDAY - [BUILD+MOVE] Front Squats and explosive strength!
SUNDAY - [SWEAT+GRIND] The Big Sexy 3, getting you swole and sexy
