Recipe: baked avocado & egg

Hi all

Just been telling Dominic and Nikki about this recipe so I thought I would post it, no picture as yet but I will post one tomorrow:

Simply cut an avocado in half, discard the stone, scoop a little avocado out to make sure the egg fits, crack a raw egg into the avocado, season & bake, easy & delicious!!
