Today's Teens WOD will be:

Today we have got a Halloween WOD which means you all need to come dressed up to get into the spirit!

A) Strength training:

Every 2 min for 5 rounds 5 STOH

B) Conditioning:

In teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 20min:

5 Thrusters

10 Burpees over the Bar

15 Sit ups
