In teams of 3 complete as many reps as possible in 30min:

Station 1: 5 KB Thrusters + 10 Burpees

Station 2: Run 300m

Station 4: 10 Ring Rows + 10 Sit Ups

Only one person per team per station, swap when all team members have finished their reps
