CF Open Workouts 2018 - TeamS, Captains & rules
Okay all - we got > 70 sofar participating. Games day will be Friday & Saturday for all classes. Depending what Castro throws at us we will decide early morning Friday's scales: RX/Scaled/Masters/Teens. Everything will be published in SUGARWOD. If some of you want to retake/ make up a wod you have to do that during Open Gym.
Other temporary changes: Big Lifts will be moved to earlier in the week, also the programming will be adapted so you get the opportunity to recover from the WODs. We are adding a Skill Day and Mobility sessions to keep you going during the 5 weeks. Please keep an eye out for the updates.

Role Team Captain:
The team captains will be guiding you through these 5 weeks. They will do the WODs themselves and suffer with you. Lead with tips how to have a fun time and collect points etc. As these are virtual teams he or she might not be there to cheer you on in the box however in spirit they will be with you!
