Active paying members that have opted for the rental program can continue to rent our equipment at no charge until we can return back to training at CHALKBOX at Cricketts Farm.

HOMEFIT - 19 sessions a week to keep you fit and strong. It can be done with- or without weights. Coached by professional instructors

MOBILITY & FLOW - 3 sessions a week to keep you mobile and flexible

SNACKFIT - 1 session a week. Cooking with Pauline with a focus on healthy snacks and meals

VIRTUAL TEENS - 5 sessions a week to keep teens active and connected

CHALKFIT PT - Personal training sessions to focus on individual goals

ALAN’S RUNNING PROGRAM - Lockdown is a good opportunity to pick up running

NUTRITION - Our Nutritionist Dr. Sinead Roberts can give you advice to help you reach your goals

YOGA FOR SPORTS - 2 sessions a week. Keeping your body healthy

ABS TRAINING - 2 sessions a week, working on core strength

QUIZ NIGHT - Social events and challenges to connect the community

ONLINE PROGRAM - weekly programing for home-workouts

CHALK-IT - Private members group where we connect the CHALKBOX Community
