TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by Bike and TTB
WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday
THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Clean for Speed, Back Squat for Strength and Wallballs for Conditioning
FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Press and Pull Ups
