We are adding weights this week. Make sure you rest between your sets.


WORKOUT OF THE DAY:

  • MONDAY -  [BUILD & GRIND] Speed (Snatch), Absolute strength (Front Squat) and Capacity (wod)

  • TUESDAY - [SWEAT & GRIND] Push and Pull Followed by Bike and TTB

  • WEDNESDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] Cardio Wednesday

  • THURSDAY [BUILD & GRIND] Squat Clean for Speed, Back Squat for Strength and Wallballs for Conditioning

  • FRIDAY [SWEAT & GRIND] Press and Pull Ups

  • SATURDAY [SWEAT & SPRINT] 40 rond partner WOD:

  • SUNDAY -[SWEAT & SPRINT] AMRAP mix
